Delete your Nviti Chat account

This page lets Nviti Chat users request deletion without reinstalling or signing into the Android app. We send a confirmation link to the account email before scheduling any deletion.

How deletion works

Submit the account email below.
Confirm the link we email you within 24 hours.
A 7-day cancellation period begins. You can cancel from the confirmation page or while signed into the app.
At the end of that period, access is revoked and the personal account profile is anonymized.

What is deleted or anonymized

Your name, email address, username, avatar association, password, authentication tokens, connected social logins, mobile device registrations, workspace memberships, and other personal profile fields are removed or anonymized.

What may be retained

Messages, campaigns, forms, orders, bookings, invoices, and other business records created in a shared workspace are workspace records and are not automatically deleted when one member deletes their personal account. They remain available to authorized workspace members, with your account identity anonymized.

Limited records may also be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, disputes, or law. Completed deletion audit records are retained for up to days, and encrypted backups expire on their normal protected rotation.
