Companies: Manage Business Entities
The Companies section lets you create and manage the business entities in your workspace. Each company operates as an independent unit with its own team members, channels, AI assistants, knowledge base, and settings — letting you run multiple brands or client businesses from a single Nviti.ng installation.
What Is a Company?
A company represents a distinct business or brand within your workspace. If you're an agency managing multiple clients, or a business with several brands, each one gets its own company record. Companies are isolated from each other — team members, data, and configurations don't cross company boundaries unless explicitly shared.

- See the company description
- Manage Team Members — who has access to this company
- Manage Invites — pending and sent invitations
Switching Between Companies
Use the workspace switcher (usually in the top navigation) to move between companies. Each company has its own:
- Connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
- AI assistants and workflows
- Knowledge base
- Contacts and visitors
- Orders and products
- Team members and permissions
Best Practices
- Name companies clearly — Use the actual business or brand name so it's easy to identify
- Keep descriptions updated — A brief description helps team members understand what each company does
- Manage access carefully — Only invite team members who need access to a specific company
- Use invites for onboarding — Send invitations rather than creating accounts manually so new members can set up their own credentials
