Your Billing Hub: Simple, Transparent, No Surprises
Nobody likes billing confusion or surprise charges. That's why we've made your billing dashboard straightforward and transparent - you'll always know exactly what you're paying for and why.
Think of this as your financial command center for your AI customer service operation. Everything you need to understand your costs, manage payments, and optimize your plan is right here.
Finding Your Billing Information
Getting to your billing details is easy:
- Dashboard → Account Management → Billing
- Or look for the credit card icon in your navigation
What You'll See at a Glance:
- Your current plan and what's included
- This month's usage - how many conversations your AI has handled
- Payment history - all your invoices and receipts in one place
- Payment methods - your saved cards and payment options
- Upcoming charges - no surprises about what's coming next
How Our Pricing Works (It's Actually Simple!)
We charge based on "conversations" - not individual messages. Here's what that means in real terms:
What's a Conversation? If a customer messages you on Monday at 2 PM and again at 8 PM, that's ONE conversation. If they message you again on Tuesday, that's a separate conversation. Simple 24-hour periods.
Your Plan Includes:
- A set number of conversations per month (varies by plan)
- Unlimited messages within those conversations - customers can ask follow-up questions without extra charges
- All features - AI training, knowledge base, analytics, everything
If You Go Over Your Limit: Don't panic! We use a fair pay-as-you-go rate for additional conversations. You'll see exactly what's happening in your usage dashboard, and we'll never surprise you with charges.
Keeping Your Payment Info Current
Updating Your Card: Click "Payment Methods" and add or update your cards. We recommend having a backup payment method to avoid any service interruptions.
Auto-billing: Your subscription renews automatically, so you never have to worry about your AI assistant going offline due to missed payments.
Changing Plans (It's Flexible)
Business growing? Customer volume changing? No problem.
Upgrading: Takes effect immediately - more conversations available right away Downgrading: Usually takes effect at your next billing cycle to make sure you don't lose any paid-for conversations
Pro Tip: Monitor your usage for a month or two before making big plan changes. You might be surprised by your actual conversation patterns.
Understanding Your Bills
Every invoice shows:
- Base plan cost - your monthly subscription
- Extra conversation charges (if any) - with the exact count
- Dates covered - always crystal clear billing periods
- Payment method used - which card was charged
