Billing and AI credits
Open Settings and use the Billing links to manage your subscription, AI credits, invoices, and usage.

How AI usage is charged
The lesson demonstrates the billing workflow. Confirm current prices and allowances in your own account.
AI credits are metered from billable token usage using the configured model's tokens per credit. A longer conversation, larger context, or additional AI operation can use more credits. One credit does not represent unlimited messages with one customer for a day.
For each billable usage record, requested credits are calculated as total tokens divided by tokens per credit, rounded up to two decimal places. Playground activity uses its separate credit balance. Provider activity that has already occurred can leave a negative balance; review and replenish that balance before relying on more AI work.

Buy credits
- Open Settings → Credits.
- Review the calculator and the plan allowance used in the estimate.
- Enter the amount to add and continue to checkout.
- Complete payment, return to Nviti, and confirm the purchase appears in your history.
Use the checkout amount as the purchase price. Review each credit package's expiry date in your history. A payment still being processed may take time to appear; keep the payment reference if you need support.
Separate messaging balance
The WhatsApp Wallet funds eligible outbound WhatsApp sends when wallet billing is enabled for the deployment. It is separate from AI and Playground credits. A funded AI balance alone does not establish WhatsApp campaign readiness.

Free access without a subscription
Your Free resource allowance continues after the trial or paid subscription ends. AI replies, writing and editing use available credits; Free does not grant monthly AI credits. Buy credits under Settings → Credits. Top-ups do not increase resource limits or unlock paid modules. Review capacity and select active resources under Settings → Usage. WhatsApp wallet charges remain separate.
