The View Interaction page provides a detailed view of a single conversation between a visitor and your AI assistant. It's where you can dive deep into the details of an interaction, understand the visitor's needs, and take action when necessary.

  • Conversation History: See the full transcript of the conversation, including every message sent by the visitor and the AI assistant.
  • Visitor Profile: View the visitor's details, such as their name, email address, and location.
  • AI Analysis: See the AI's analysis of the conversation, including the visitor's intent, the sentiment of the conversation, and the lead score.
  • Human Handover: Take over the conversation from the AI assistant and chat with the visitor directly.

How to Use the View Interaction Page

  1. Navigate to the Interactions Page: You can find the Interactions page in the Chat Zone menu.
  2. Select a Conversation: Click on a conversation to view its details.
  3. View the Conversation: The View Interaction page will open, showing you the full conversation history.
  4. View the Visitor's Profile: The visitor's profile is displayed at the top of the page.
  5. View the AI's Analysis: The AI's analysis is displayed in the right-hand sidebar.
  6. Take Over the Conversation: If you need to step in and take over the conversation, you can do so by clicking on the Join Conversation button.
