Installation and Configuration Guide

Follow these simple steps to integrate the Nviti Chat Widget with your WordPress website.

Step 1: Get Your Widget Key

Before installing the plugin, you need to retrieve the unique Widget Key for the chat widget you wish to display.

  1. Navigate to the Chat Widgets section in your Nviti dashboard.
  2. Find the widget you want to embed and click the Get Embed Code action button (the command-line icon).
  3. In the modal that appears, you will see a section specifically for the Widget Key.
  4. Click the copy icon next to the key to copy it to your clipboard. You will need this for the plugin settings.

Step 2: Download and Install the Plugin

  2. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
