Pricing and allowances
Review the plan selector in Settings → Subscription for the plans, billing cycles, prices, and features available to your account. Plan records and allowances are configurable, so the current selector and checkout are the reference for a purchase.
Compare the complete cost
This is a workflow demonstration; confirm the payable amount in your current checkout.
- Check the billing cycle and total payable amount.
- Review the plan's included AI credits and feature quantities.
- Check the capacity you need for team members, assistants, documents, companies, and channels.
- Review additional AI-credit purchases under Settings → Credits.
- Budget separately for eligible outbound messages using the WhatsApp Wallet.
AI usage depends on tokens and the configured model conversion rate. It is not a fixed charge per customer per day. The Credits calculator provides an estimate and may account for your included plan credits; confirm the amount at checkout.
Before changing plans
Read the confirmation presented by the selected payment flow, including its effective date and renewal behavior. Do not assume a particular discount, proration rule, or downgrade date from an older plan table.
