Select a plan based on your expected workload and the features your team needs. Open Settings → Subscription to compare the current options and their allowances.

Test representative conversations and use Settings → Usage to estimate AI consumption. Monthly credits should not be interpreted as a guaranteed number of daily customers or conversations.
Review before purchase
Check the plan's price, cycle, included quantities, and available features in the current plan selector. Support arrangements and deployment requirements should be confirmed with Nviti when they are part of your purchase.
