How to Use the Interactions Page

  1. Navigate to the Interactions Page: You can find the Interactions page in the Chat Zone menu.

  3. View a Conversation: Click on a conversation to view its details.
  4. Take Over a Conversation: If you need to step in and take over a conversation, you can do so by clicking on the Join Conversation button.
  5. Filter Conversations: Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down the list of conversations.
