The Schedules section allows you to view the schedules for your workflows. A workflow schedule determines when a workflow should be run.

How it Works

When you create a workflow, you can define a schedule for it. The schedule can be based on a specific date and time, or it can be a recurring schedule that runs at a specific interval (e.g., every day, every week, every month).

When a workflow's scheduled time is reached, the workflow is executed.

Viewing Schedules

To view the schedules for your workflows, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Schedules section in the Actions menu.
  2. Here you will see a list of all the scheduled workflows.
  3. Click on a schedule to view its details.

From the schedule details page, you can see the following information:

  • The name of the workflow.
  • The frequency of the schedule.
  • The next run time of the schedule.
  • The last run time of the schedule.
  • The status of the schedule (active or inactive).
  • The data associated with the schedule.
  • The conditions for the schedule.

By viewing the schedules for your workflows, you can keep track of when your automations are running and ensure that they are working as expected.
