Orders and ecommerce
Use Shop → Orders to review sales and manage fulfilment. Select the intended company before working on an order.
Review an order
The order list provides customer and source information, payment method, status, totals, approval and closed flags, and relevant dates. Available filters include status, customer, payment method, location, company/branch, approval, and closure.
Open an order to review its customer, delivery address, line items, totals, and order log. A cart or customer enquiry is not a completed order; check the order and payment records before fulfilment.
Create or update an order
Where your role permits it:
- Select the customer account so available contact information can be filled in.
- Check the name, phone, source, and delivery destination.
- Add products and quantities and review calculated item amounts.
- Complete the available delivery and payment fields.
- Save and verify the resulting order.
Status values are supplied by the installation's order configuration. The approval action for a pending order marks it approved and changes its status to prepared. Shipping and status actions record changes in the order log.
Customer updates
Use Send WhatsApp Update when available for the order. You can supply a message or leave it empty for the default status update. See Order Notifications for automatic updates.
Changing a status to refunded does not itself prove that money was returned by the payment provider. Confirm financial actions in the payment system.
Connected stores and data transfer
Do not assume that connecting a messaging channel imports external orders. Store synchronization requires a configured integration. The standard Orders table does not provide a general import/export action; use the integration or controls explicitly available in your installation.
