Ecommerce: Orders, Programs, and Companies
The Ecommerce section brings your sales operations into Nviti.ng — giving you a unified place to manage customer orders, run affiliate or referral programs, and manage your business entities.
What You Can Manage
Orders
Track and manage every order that comes through your store. The Orders section gives you a complete view of each transaction — including customer details, items purchased, order status, shipping information, payment status, and delivery tracking.
Use cases:
- Monitor incoming orders in real time
- Update order status (processing, shipped, delivered, cancelled)
- Issue refunds or handle disputed orders
- Export or import order data for accounting or fulfillment tools
Note: The Orders section integrates with your connected e-commerce channels. Orders created on external platforms (e.g., your website or marketplace) will appear here automatically if the channel is linked.

Programs
Programs let you manage groups of users, teams, or affiliates under a structured hierarchy. Depending on your configuration, this can power referral programs, affiliate networks, team-based access controls, or multi-tenant setups.
Use cases:
- Create and manage affiliate or referral programs
- Organize users into teams with custom permissions
- Assign programs to specific companies or brands
- Track program performance and member activity
Access Programs from Teams and Users in the sidebar (visibility depends on your workspace configuration).
Companies
Manage the business entities associated with your workspace. Each company record can have its own settings, connected channels, AI assistants, knowledge base, and team members — letting you operate multiple brands or clients from a single Nviti.ng installation.
Use cases:
- Manage multiple brands or client businesses
- Assign specific team members and assistants per company
- Configure company-specific settings and integrations
- Track company-level metrics and performance

Getting Started
Setting Up Your Ecommerce Operations
- Configure your company record — Add your business details and logo so it appears correctly on communications and orders
- Connect your sales channels — Link your Instagram, WhatsApp, or chat widget so conversations can generate orders
- Set up programs — If running affiliates or referrals, define your program structure and commission rules
- Import existing orders — If you have prior orders, use the import tool to bring them into Nviti.ng
- Monitor orders — Use filters and the Runs log to keep tabs on order volume and status
Managing Multiple Companies
If you manage more than one brand or client:
- Switch between companies using the workspace switcher
- Each company has its own set of channels, assistants, orders, and contacts
- Programs and permissions are scoped per company
