Shipping: Manage Delivery Partners

Use the Shipping section to organize the people and businesses that deliver your orders. Accurate pricing and realistic estimates help customers make informed choices at checkout.

Add a Delivery Partner

  1. Open Workspace → Shop → Shipping.
  2. Select Create.
  3. Add the partner’s name and current contact information.
  4. Enter a realistic delivery estimate and base price.
  5. Turn on Activated when the partner is ready to receive orders.
  6. Add any available delivery personnel and pricing options.

Only active delivery choices should be presented to customers.

Keep Delivery Information Current

  • Review prices whenever a partner changes its rates.
  • Use estimates you can meet consistently.
  • Keep backup partners for busy periods or unavailable routes.
  • Confirm who is responsible for an order before marking it as shipped.
  • Remove or deactivate outdated contacts and options.

Before You Launch Checkout

Place a test order to confirm the correct delivery choices, amounts, and wording appear. Test common destinations served by your business and confirm the final order total matches what your team expects.
