Use AI guidance to review a customer's readiness and prepare the next sales action. Guidance is a draft based on the current permitted customer context; it is not an automatic qualification decision, a verified fact or permission to contact the customer.

Before you start
Select the correct company and open a permitted customer profile. The AI release scope, effective subscription capability, staff permissions and available AI credits must all allow the request. Qualification and sales copilot have separate capabilities; credit top-ups do not unlock either feature. Applying a qualification also requires contact-update permission.
Review a qualification suggestion
- Open the customer's actions and choose Suggest qualification.
- Read Sales guidance for review. Review the summary, suggested qualification, Evidence, Uncertainty and Suggested next actions together.
- Check the cited context against the underlying customer records. Missing evidence or an inferred intent is a reason to investigate, rather than a confirmed outcome.
- If the suggestion is appropriate, choose Accept qualification and confirm. The system checks the original reviewed request and the current contact and evidence before applying it.
- Review the saved contact. Qualification states are unqualified, qualifying, qualified and disqualified. Use the normal permitted contact controls when recording a manual decision.
For example, an enquiry about an SME account can justify a follow-up call. It does not prove that the customer meets lending eligibility or has agreed to receive marketing.
Use sales copilot
Choose Sales copilot to request contextual guidance. The visible profile presents advisory output for human review. It does not automatically create every suggested task or send a reply.
The separately reviewed copilot tool contract supports looking up a contact, creating a deal, creating an activity and adding a note. Each write needs explicit review and its usual record permission, feature and capacity. This is separate from the read-only account-key/MCP contract in CRM API access. No campaign, payment or provider-connection action is granted by a suggestion.
Changed evidence and unsuccessful requests
A suggestion belongs to its original actor, company, contact and reviewed evidence. If the customer or relevant evidence changes, refresh the profile and obtain fresh guidance; an old browser-held suggestion cannot approve a newer contact state. A lost permission or paused feature also prevents acceptance.
Reopening the same request is not permission for an automatic new paid generation. A failed or uncertain request needs review before deliberately starting another request. Start new guidance clears the previous review after confirmation; requesting guidance again can consume fresh AI credits. A temporary AI-credit reservation can remain while an uncertain outcome is reconciled; it is not evidence of successful guidance. Contact an administrator if the request cannot be reconciled.
Data and usage boundaries
AI receives a bounded projection of records and fields the requesting user may currently read. It does not receive a complete archive, raw attachments or provider credentials through this CRM context contract. Customer text is untrusted evidence. Verify sensitive conclusions and preserve the customer's channel-purpose consent independently.
AI credits and other capacities are finite and shared under the tenant's effective subscription. Retained data or an existing suggestion does not grant fresh AI usage after a downgrade or release pause. See Access and capacity and Release operations.
