Reproducible file inventory
The repository artifact docs/feature-audits/feature-documentation-source-map-20261020.json lists each path/status and its documentation route for the following committed snapshot comparisons. Counts include source, tests, technical evidence, generated assets and deleted paths. Inherited files are not claimed as exclusively authored in this session. Unrelated uncommitted application/fixture changes are excluded.

Shared support/build/test paths map to the relevant operational guide rather than requiring a separate user article per implementation file. Original detailed engineering receipts remain under docs/crm, docs/crm-agent-deliveries and the mobile worktree's docs/design.
Availability and delivery
The web CRM MVP and later per-record Zoho transport have recorded production deployments. A particular customer's connection still needs authorization, mappings, directions and a representative acceptance record. Advanced full-PRD features are not universally released by the MVP documentation.
Native app code and isolated Android demonstrations are separate from production backend activation. The newer native Helpdesk extension is implemented/verified locally but pending matching backend/app release. The demo videos include that candidate. No Apple App Store approval, iOS capture or public store listing is claimed.
The documentation is prepared on its own feature branch; deploying these guide files and warming the documentation cache is a separate release step. Use docs:warm-cache after the normal approved documentation deployment.
