Connect your account

  1. Select the intended company and open Your sales connections.
  2. Choose Connect Google, then Sales email or Calendar.
  3. Review the provider account and requested permissions before authorizing.
  4. Return to Nviti and review the connection's status. Use its synchronization control to read a page of supported data.
  5. Inspect the linked, unmatched and exception results before continuing to another page or restarting synchronization.

The provider must be configured by the platform operator. The provider release scope, email/calendar capability, staff permissions and record access must also allow the operation. A visible connection form does not establish live provider readiness.

Understand matching and privacy

Sales email is linked when the supported email matching identifies exactly one permitted customer. Ambiguous or unmatched messages are not automatically assigned to a guessed person. Linked messages become private sales context under the connection owner's authorized scope.

Calendar synchronization handles supported meeting records. Private provider events are excluded; the connector also withdraws an existing linked projection when an event becomes private. Do not assume complete recurrence, attendee, deletion-history or calendar-provider parity. Inspect the actual record and reported exceptions.

Provider source identities preserve linked records across repeated reads. Locally changed linked records can require review instead of being silently overwritten. Restart synchronization restarts the read process while retaining linked records; it is not a request to duplicate them.

Send email and arrange meetings

Use the permitted email or meeting action on the customer profile when offered. Review the recipient, purpose, content and chosen connection. Sending and invitations retain their own consent, permission and eligibility checks. Downloading through Export activities to calendar is separate from proving a meeting was created in a provider calendar.

A saved local activity or outgoing record is not a provider-delivery receipt. If a send or invitation has an unknown outcome, inspect the provider mailbox/calendar and recorded operation before creating a second request. Automated email adds the sequence/onboarding checks.

Disconnect and recover

Use Disconnect, select your connection and confirm when you need to stop further provider reads. Existing linked CRM records are retained subject to current permissions. Credentials are not portable customer data and are not restored from a CRM archive.

When authorization expires or is revoked, review the connection and reconnect through the supported consent flow. Reconnection does not waive current role, company, feature or capacity restrictions. Review conflicts and unmatched records before restarting work.

Relationship to Zoho

Google sales connections support personal productivity; Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk manage separate company integrations. A Zoho migration stages historical data for review. Connecting any one of these does not activate the others, grant every direction of sync or import unsupported objects. See the coverage matrix.
