Explore Nviti industry demos
Use the demos to explore how an assistant can move from answering a question to collecting information and completing a configured action. They illustrate customer journeys, not a ready-made integration with your company's systems.
Try the shared WhatsApp demo
- Open the Nviti demo chat.
- Send menu and select Choose assistant when offered.
- Select an available industry and ask a natural-language question.
- Complete any form using fictional test details.
- Send menu again to choose another experience.
The live menu determines which demos are available. Routing and enabled assistants can change; a landing page or repository alone is not evidence that a particular live demo is currently enabled.
Example journeys
| Industry | What to explore when available |
|---|---|
| Banking | Ask about a sample account, review transactions or try a simulated transfer |
| HMO | Explore sample benefits, providers and care-access requests |
| Diagnostics | Find sample tests and centres and try a booking form |
| Logistics | Request a sample quote or track a fictional shipment |
| Property | Submit a sample maintenance request or register a visitor |
| Hospitality | Explore rooms and submit a simulated reservation |
These are fictional accounts and service outcomes. No demo response proves a real payment, transfer, insurance cover, medical service, delivery or reservation. Do not enter real banking credentials, PINs, medical information or other sensitive personal data.
Website and mobile examples
The homepage's Try a Live Demo button opens WhatsApp and is labelled accordingly. The animated phone illustration is an example, not your business's connected assistant.
To evaluate your own website channel, create a test widget using Quick Start, then configure the required forms and tools. Do not assume a published WhatsApp Flow automatically becomes a complete web journey without configuration and testing.
Developers can use the Android, Flutter and React Native demo repositories to explore the SDK launcher, use-case navigation and embedded chat. Follow the repository instructions for installation and backend configuration. Sample dashboards and transactions do not grant access to real customer accounts; native push and secure production identity need their own integration.
Evaluate the whole journey
- Does the assistant select the right form or tool from the customer's request?
- Do required fields, options, validation, submission and confirmation work?
- Are current values supplied by the configured backend rather than invented in an AI answer?
- Can the customer recover from a failed request and reach a human?
- Does the journey work on the actual target browser or mobile device?
Test each intended channel separately using the channel comparison. When reporting a problem, include the demo, channel, approximate time and action; omit private credentials and secure launch links.
